Stones are river rock varying in size, shape, roughness, and color. You choose the approximate size you want, and I will personally pick a stone on which your portrait will fit nicely. Stones are painted with acrylic paints and sealed with a final protective clear varnish. Due to weather conditions, outdoor use is not recommended. Display in a climate controlled area, out of direct sunlight, and away from anything that could damage the paint. Can be used gently as a paperweight.

Pricing:
For a stone that's approximately 3" across (approximate average of the width and length since most are irregular), the price would be $60 (base price) plus shipping and handling. For stones averaging larger than 3" across, add $6.00 per each additional averaged inch across. Stones larger than 7" average across require a special quote.

 * Pricing includes only one pet (face) per stone and no background or simple background. Additional pets on the same stone may be available for an extra charge.
If you would like more than one pet on a single stone, please e-mail me for a special quote before placing your order.
Completion normally takes about 2 weeks from the time I receive your complete order. Please order extra early for special occasions and holidays.

*Please note: The reference photos you send must be your own. I cannot use professional photos or snapshots taken by someone other than you.
By placing a custom portrait order, you agree to these terms and conditions and agree that the artist retains all rights to the artwork (not your reference photos).

Approximate stone size?
1. E-mail me to discuss your order and options.

2. Send me at least 2 or 3 clear photos of your pet's face to use for reference.

3. I will send you a request for payment through Paypal (unless other payment arrangements are made). 50% minimum deposit required to start.

4. Once portrait is finished, I will e-mail you for approval and final payment before shipping.		 E-mail a gift certificate to a friend or relative so they can choose their own reference photos, background colors, and other options for their pet's portrait. You can also choose to simply print the gift certificate for them if you wish to give it to them in person.

Special note: When deciding on an amount for your gift certificate, keep in mind that portrait prices may change or vary according to the portrait options available when the recipient redeems the gift certificate. Therefore, please ask the recipient to redeem their gift certificate as soon as possible.
